Ann Curry

Ann Curry was born in the United States and is an accomplished photographer as well as a journalist. Curry's father served as a sailor in the U.S. Navy and her mother was Japanese. She met her mother while stationed alongside the father of her parents in Japan after World War II. The University of Oregon awarded her an undergraduate degree in journalism. As a child she was exposed various kinds of cultures.
